As a student worker in the IAM department, I believe there is a complete lack of knowledge regarding how to operate the equipment in the audio lab, I would like to learn how all the components work, and be able to manage a small amount of troubleshooting in various audio software. The already scheduled training for the laser printer is also very helpful to understanding all of the department's equipment.
