EQ Cave maintenance checklist
WHAT TO DO WHILE WORKING IN THE CAVE
Main Inventory Check:
Verify that all equipment is accounted for (checked out or not). Verify that all late equipment is late. E-mail all late contracts; inform Huey via e-mail any outstanding late contracts. (2+ Days)
Go through all of the Video Camera Bags and ensure that everything is accounted for; return any batteries to the battery charging area, return any accessories to their proper home, clean off all lens and eye pieces. Properly coil any cables that have not been coiled correctly.
Go through all of the Photo Bags/Cases and ensure that everything is accounted for; return any batteries to the battery charging area, return any accessories to their proper home, clean off all lens and eye pieces. Properly coil any cables that have not been coiled correctly.
Go through each backpack and verify that everything is accounted for.
Go through each shelf, cubby, and any other area that holds our equipment and Face all equipment to make it look nice and neat and presentable for the next shift.
Place any uncharged batteries or game battery packs in their respective charger. After charging them return them to their respective bins and charge the uncharged batteries. Rinse, wash, repeat.
Clean up after yourself, if you eat in the cave or Game Lab do not leave your mess behind; if you ate and there was a mess before you ate there, clean it up. The EQ cave is responsible for maintaining a clean environment for itself and room 121. Sweep or Vacuum the Cave or lab. If someone moves anything in the cave or lab ask them to return to how it was before they got there. If someone is eating, ask them to clean up after themselves when they are done.
Check Ink Refill Lights:
Do this more than once an hour, be aware of any low ink printers and change them accordingly.
Ensure that paper is fully stocked, if we are running low on any paper e-mail Tim or Mark.
If we are running low on any cleaning supplies please e-mail Tim or Mark.
If you cannot fulfill any of these responsibilities or are too busy with your homework, we may release you to pursue other employment opportunities.
