Permits, related info.

Location (address, google map)

• directions
• proximity of parking or other transportation

Include photos of location

Dimensions of space:

• Height, width, depth
• Location of columns if any
• Colors on walls and floor – can they be changed
• What surfaces can you attach to?
• What tools and connectors will be needed?

Visit at same time of day and day of week as work will be exhibited and comment on:

• light levels

• Sound levels

• Traffic patterns

• Power (AC – number and amperage of circuits, and where are circuit breakers)

If outdoors,

• do you have permission to use a particular space?
• can you run an extension cord?
• from where, for how long?
• how will you avoid people tripping on it?
• Does the circuit have a ground fault interrupter?

Other conditions:

• Interior or exterior

• Security (can it be locked, who has the key, when are they there)
