Proposed areas for I AM Columbia isle.
- Nine-story Bitfactory (gallery spaces)
- an open-air nightclub (probably without walls or roof). Will contain a dance machine, dance floor, and a shoutcast server for music.
- Welcome center which may be constructed of kiosks and instruction signs
- Parade ground
