There is a known issue when logging into an IAM Mac with your network account. If you attempt to copy a file via the "drag and drop" method, you will get the following error.

The issue is that you will end up with a 0K file in your network directory.

To get around this issue until it is resolved, we please ask that Mac users use ftp services instead.
