Demos and Tutorials Assistant (tutor and demonstrations scheduler)

Will assist with tutor issues, including scheduling and, database reports. Will assist with scheduling all equipment and demos including EQ series, StudioTech series, Net/Web series, and GameTech series. Will assist in preparing tutor proficiencies list and posting of tutor hours by the second week of classes. Will identify and match tutor hours with classroom instruction, so that the needs of faculty (tutor rounds) are met by the 3rd and 10th week of classes. Will write copy to promote the tutor program within the department. Will identify need for special workshops/demos based on faculty suggestions. Will compile reports of tutor activity. Understand demo requirement. Attends department tour. Attends punchclock/timesheets/paydates tutorial participates in IAM website demos. Understands Jobbing Documentation grasps concepts regarding IAM Network account demos. Is versed in FTP/web demos. Wiki demos and blog demos. Attends either Mandatory Meeting I or Mandatory Meeting II. Understands basic departmental security.
