Sandbox Studio and Virtual Studio Program

The IAM Sandbox Studio is open for business 24 hours a day and 7 days a week (mostly). The IAM Sandbox Studio is located on IAM Columbia Isle in Second Life. There is no fee to use the studio for building.

• The Sandbox is open to everyone to it is important to follow the rules. Please take you builds with you.

Occasionally poeple want space tho leave larger builds instact for a time. For this we offer the Virtual Studio program. Spaces on IAM Columbia isle are distributed using a proposal based system.

To request a parcel, you must be involved in an approved school-related project. The following information is needed:

• Name
• class for which the project is a part
• Instructor's name
• Avatar Name (see disclosure info)
• length of time necessary for project completion//due date//est. length of time nec. for parcel "rental"
• streaming issues //needs
• once the build is created will there be a public performance, demo, etc?
• two page description of project
