The pen that you use with the Cintiq. It's pretty cool.

So if you press down on the screen with the pen, the mouse cursor goes there and does the left click function(results may vary). Don't press too hard though, or hard at all, because the tip wears out. You also only need to kiss the surface of the Cintiq for it to work.

You'll notice some other stuff on the pens as well. There's this buttony thing on the side. That's like a more traditional mouse. It's actually two buttons (you'll be able to feel a noticeable difference between pressing on the front of the button and the back. For all intensive purposes, the front is the side near the tip) If you press on the front of the button, you'll do a left click (results may vary) where ever the mouse cursor currently is. If you press on the back of the button, you'll do a right click (results may vary). Pretty sweet.

So then there's the rounded bit near the back. It's cool if you're in Photoshop. I guess photoshop is just able to detect the rounded bit, and treats it like an eraser. So if you don't feel like clicking on the eraser tool, you cause just pretend the pen is like an actual pencil with an eraser and it just works.

Yeah, it's pretty cool. Works really well for painting with Photoshop and sculpting in Zbrush. Just don't break it or wear out the tip or anything.
