Adobe Work at Home (WAH)

Under our Enterprise Term License Agreement (ETLA) Columbia Staff and Faculty full and part time are entitled to Adobe Creative Cloud Complete with 20 Gigs of storage. Previously this program was run by Kivuto where faculty and staff were able to redeem codes for a One Year Prepaid Subscription. Our ETLA has been renewed and Kivuto will not be supported in the current contract. We are working with Adobe to federate our domain and import our faculty and staff. Until then if your Kivuto account expires please contact

Amber Lewis amlewis@colum.edu or Jeff Meyers jmeyers@colum.edu

to be manually added to the new program.

We will start batch uploading faculty and staff accounts soon.

If you have a paid Adobe Plan already with your colum.edu email address

The new Named User plan will create or active with an Adobe account with your colum.edu email address as the name of the account.

You may already have a personal paid Adobe subscription tied to an Adobe account with you coum.edu email. In this case if you accept the invitation to the new program the paid account and the Enterprise account will both be on your colum.edu Adobe account. If you want to keep the paid account separate you can migrate the paid account to a non colum.edu email prior to accepting the new invitation.

After you are added to the new Adobe Named User Program

When you have been added you will receive an invite from Adobe

When you follow the link if you have an Adobe Account with your colum.edu email you will be enrolled using this account

If you don't have an Adobe account with your colum.edu email you will be prompted to create an account using your colum.edu email address.

Once you have accepted the new Invitation you may have more than 1 active Plan. To find out if you have two active plans logon to http://adobe.com and select Manage account

If you have two plans

This may show 2 active plans.

In order to get the full benfit from the new plan which includes more products and feature than the old plan you may need to cancel the old plan.

The old plan is called "Creative Cloud Student and Teacher edition (one-year, prepaid)"

Adobe will email anyways when the old account expires

If you had an old "Creative Cloud Student and Teacher edition (one-year, prepaid)" account it will expire and adobe will send an email like below.

This is just the old Kivuto account expiring it's safe to ignore. You may need to reactivate your previously installed Adobe software by logging out of Creative Cloud Manager and back in with your colum.edu Adobe account.
