Just in time for the launch of Windows 8, IAM student Kevin Bolander’s game, AudioFox, has been accepted into the Windows 8 App store.
The game is a physics based touch game. “Think Sonic meets Cut the Rope. Play as a music loving fox trying to release music back into his world. Master the levels to grow your beautiful tail. Watch out for croc’s!” [via AudioFox]
The concept came out of IAM’s XNA Game Programming course. It was initially built with XNA 4 then Kevin ported it so Microsoft Surface SDK2, then finally ported to monogame. He also has a version running on iOS.
